私宅价格连续两个季度上涨 但涨势显著放缓

本地私人住宅价格连续两个季度上涨，但涨势显著放缓。
市区重建局公布的预估数据显示，上一季的整体私宅价格按季起0.6%，升幅比前一季小。交易量也按季下滑约15%。
其中，非有地私宅只起0.6%，涨幅显著低于前一季的3%。核心中央区、其他中央区和中央区以外的非有地私宅价格分别起0.6%、1%和0.3%。
有地住宅价格也上升0.6%，扭转前一季的跌势。
