也是碧山—大巴窯集選區議員的徐芳達在Facebook上載視頻，向居民介紹碧山的新發展項目時說，他在5月大選期間承諾，將在碧山興建小販中心。目前已確定新小販中心將與重新設計的碧山巴士轉換站結合建設。此外，碧山也將建一個新的綜合診所。他說，這些新設施將在本屆政府任期內動工，預計需要幾年的時間完成。
徐芳達也說，碧山市鎮中心已建成的腳踏車道，讓居民更容易前往即將落成的休閒空間，如南北交通走廊和加冷河。碧山坊也將改造成步行街，並連接交通樞紐和社區設施，居民出行將更方便。
徐芳達表示，除了碧山，興建中的大巴窯綜合發展項目也將在本屆政府任期內完成，其中包括升級的體育中心和綜合診所、更大的公共圖書館以及煥然一新的市鎮公園。所有設施都將通過有蓋走廊連接大巴窯地鐵站和巴士轉換站。
We launched the Draft Master Plan 2025 yesterday. There are many exciting plans for residents in Bishan and Marymount - such as a new hawker centre, new workplaces closer to home, and improved connectivity and walkability. We will continue to rejuvenate our town and improve the infrastructure and living environment, so that it is a good home for residents of all ages.
