在新山娱乐场所起争执 狮城男涉用扳手伤人被追缉

本地一名男子被指在马来西亚新山的娱乐场所与人发生争执而大打出手，用扳手打伤一名马国男子。当地警方正在追捕袭击者和他的两名友人协助调查。

马国媒体《大都会日报》引述新山南区警区主任拉勿（Raub Selamat）报道，这起事故相信是发生在前天（31日）凌晨3点30分左右。

有网民把一段13秒的案发视频上载到社交媒体Facebook，画面显示一名身穿黑衣的男子拿着扳手；另一名黑衣男子则向一名白衣男子说“叫他下来啦”，双方还互相碰撞数次。

星洲网报道，涉嫌发动袭击的男子是新加坡人。根据拉勿昨晚（1日）发布的文告，袭击者和另外两名同样国籍的朋友，在案发时驾驶一辆外国注册汽车前往茂奥斯丁花园的一家娱乐场所，随后相信与人发生误会，进而爆发肢体冲突。

年龄介于20到30岁的男子涉嫌使用扳手攻击24岁的马国男子，导致对方的鼻子受伤，右眼也出现淤青。

警方接获投报后，援引刑事法典第324（持械伤人）条文展开调查。嫌犯一旦罪成，可被判坐牢长达十年、罚款、鞭笞，或其中两项兼施。
