首先，根據中國簽證的類型，外國人來中國探親可以辦理的簽證有四種。分別是：

因家庭團聚申請赴中國居留的中國公民的家庭成員，和具有中國永久居留資格的外國人的家庭成員，以及因寄養等原因申請入境居留的人員

Family members of Chinese citizens who apply for residence in China for family reunion, family members of foreigners with permanent residence status in China, and persons who apply for residence in China for foster care or other reasons

2、Q2簽證：

赴中國短期（不超過180日）探親的居住在中國境內的中國公民的親屬和具有中國永久居留資格的外國人的親屬

2. Q2 Visa:

Relatives of Chinese citizens living in China and relatives of foreigners with permanent residence status in China who visit their relatives in China for a short period (not exceeding 180 days)

3、S1簽證：

赴中國長期（超過180日）探親的因工作、學習等事由在中國境內居留的外國人的配偶、父母、未滿18周歲的子女、配偶的父母，以及因其他私人事務需要在中國境內居留的人員　　

3. S1 Visa:

Spouses, parents, children under the age of 18, parents of spouses of foreigners residing in China for work, study or other reasons who are visiting relatives in China for a long time (over 180 days), and persons who need to reside in China for other personal matters

4、S2簽證：

赴中國短期（不超過180日）探親的因工作、學習等事由在中國境內停留居留的外國人的家庭成員以及因其他私人事務需要在中國境內停留的人員

一、申請材料

Application materials

（一）首先是必須提供的基本申請材料：

First of all, the basic application materials must be provided:

1、護照：有效期為6個月以上、有空白簽證頁的護照原件及個人信息頁複印件

2、簽證申請表及照片：1份《中華人民共和國簽證申請表》及1張粘貼在申請表上的近期、正面、彩色（淺色背景）護照照片

3、原中國護照或原中國簽證（適用於曾有中國國籍，後加入外國國籍者）

1. Passport: valid for more than 6 months, original passport with blank visa page and copy of personal information page

2. Visa Application Form and photo: 1 copy of the Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China and 1 recent, front and color passport photo (light background) pasted on the application form

3. Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who once had Chinese nationality and later acquired foreign nationality)

如系家庭團聚事由，須提供：

In the case of family reunion:

1、居住在中國境內的中國公民或具有中國永久居留資格的外國人或因工作、學習等事由在中國境內居留的外國人，邀請函須包含以下內容：

（1）被邀請人訪問信息：來華事由、擬抵達日期、擬居留地點、擬居留期限、與邀請人關係、費用來源等；

（2）邀請人信息：邀請人姓名、聯繫電話、地址、邀請人簽字等。

1. For Chinese citizens residing in China or foreigners with permanent residence status in China or foreigners residing in China for work, study or other reasons, the invitation letter shall contain the following contents:

(1) The invitee's visit information: the purpose of coming to China, the intended date of arrival, the intended place of residence, the intended duration of residence, the relationship with the invitee, the source of fees, etc.;

(2) Inviter's information: inviter's name, contact number, address, signature, etc.

2、邀請人的中國身份證複印件或外國人護照及永久居留證複印件；

2. A copy of the inviter's Chinese ID card or a copy of the foreigner's passport and permanent residence permit;

3、申請人與邀請人之間的家庭成員關係證明（結婚證、出生證、公安派出所出具的親屬關係證明或親屬關係公證書等）原件和複印件。

3. The original and copy of the family member relationship certificate (marriage certificate, birth certificate, kinship certificate issued by the police station or notarial certificate of kinship, etc.) between the applicant and the inviter.

如系寄養事由，須提供：

In the case of foster care:

1、中國駐外使領館出具的寄養委託公證或經過所在國或中國公證認證的寄養委託書；

2、委託人的護照原件、複印件及其與被寄養兒童的親屬關係證明（結婚證、出生證、公安派出所出具的親屬關係證明或親屬關係公證書等）；

3、接受寄養的受託人出具的同意接受寄養函件及身份證複印件；

4、寄養兒童的父母雙方或者一方為中國公民的，還應提供兒童出生時中國籍父母在境外定居證明的複印件。

1. A foster care entrustment notarized by the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad or notarized by the host country or China;

2. The original and copy of the client's passport and the certificate of kinship with the foster child (marriage certificate, birth certificate, kinship certificate issued by the police station or notarial certificate of kinship, etc.);

3. A copy of the letter of consent and ID card issued by the trustee accepting foster care;

4.If both or one of the parents of the foster child is a Chinese citizen, the copy of the residence certificate of the parents of Chinese nationality at the time of the child's birth shall also be provided.

另外，Q1簽證及S1簽證持證人入境中國後，須在30日內向擬居留地縣級以上地方人民政府公安機關出入境管理機構申請辦理居留證件。

In addition, Q1 visa and S1 visa holders must apply for a residence permit within 30 days after entering China to the Exit and Entry Administration authority of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level in the place of residence.

二、申請方式

Application method

1、中國駐新加坡大使館不直接受理持普通護照者的簽證申請。持普通護照者申請中國簽證請到中國簽證申請服務中心辦理。申請可由本人或委託代理人、代理機構幫助遞交（無需提供代理委託書）。

2、使館認為必要時，可要求申請人本人前往使館接受面談。

3、使館不接受其他方式（如郵寄、傳真、網上）的簽證申請。

4、除非使館另行通知，申請人或代理人最早可於取證單上標註的時間前往簽證申請服務中心領取辦妥的簽證。不提供郵寄簽證服務。

5、簽證申請一經批准，不可撤銷。申請人需支付相關費用。

1. The Chinese Embassy in Singapore does not directly accept visa applications from ordinary passport holders. Ordinary passport holders should go to China Visa Application Service Center to apply for a Chinese visa. The application can be submitted by myself or the authorized agent, agency help (no need to provide a proxy).

2. The Embassy may request the applicant to come to the Embassy for an interview when it deems necessary.

3. The Embassy does not accept visa applications by other means (such as mail, fax or online).

4. Unless otherwise notified by the Embassy, the applicant or agent can collect the completed visa at the Visa Application Service Center at the earliest time indicated on the evidence receipt. Postal visa service is not available.

5.Once approved, the visa application is irrevocable. Applicants are required to pay relevant fees.
