陸交局昨天（16日）在Facebook發文說，當局在本月初針對提供非法拼車服務的車輛和摩托車展開執法行動。
當局建議大家為了自身安全，通過有執照的商業平台預訂點對點交通服務，包括商業拼車服務。
那些在沒有職業執照的情況下提供非法汽車或摩托車拼車服務，或使用無執照車輛的人如果罪名成立，將面對最高3000元的罰款、被判坐牢最長六個月，或兩者兼施。
