市建局建议将达哥打弯旧组屋等五建筑列为保留建筑

市区重建局将建议把新加坡改良信托局（Singapore Improvement Trust）兴建的达哥打弯旧组屋，以及另外四个地点的建筑，列为保留建筑。

国家发展部长李智陞宣布这个消息时说，其他拟议被列为保留建筑的包括：前马来亚皇家海军行政楼、裕廊山瞭望塔、武吉知马马城的看台，以及新加坡羽毛球馆。

市建局的文告说，当局将建议把达哥打弯的六座组屋列为保留建筑，那一带的鸽子造型游乐场也将获得保留，它们将成为唤醒居民社区记忆的地标。

至于武吉知马马城，市建局将建议保留北侧和南侧看台，因为它们是记载新加坡赛马活动发展的具体建筑，同时也反映了我国从殖民地时期到独立后的历程。相关机构也会继续探讨保留或变更马城另外25栋建筑和架构的可能性，并会适时公布更多详情。

另外，考虑到前马来亚皇家海军基地的历史重要性，市建局将建议保留三层楼高的行政楼，并正在研究这栋建筑可充作哪些新用途，以配合建屋局在那一带的“丛林住宅”（Housing in the Woods）发展计划。各机构和利益相关群体也在探讨以创新的方式纪念这个地点的历史，例如在未来发展项目的设计中，融入相关特色。

市建局将在今年较迟时候举办的2025年发展总蓝图草案展览中，介绍五个地点的相关保留计划，同时公布有关我国建筑遗产的更多计划。
