黃循財總理今日（26日）在各大社交媒體平台發布視頻，表示他已抵達吉隆坡，出席第46屆東協峰會和系列會議。

黃總理在貼文中指出：「這些會議為東協領導人提供了一個及時的機會，齊聚一堂，討論如何在一個更加不確定和動盪的世界中推動本區域的發展。」

他補充道：「我們期待與東協夥伴進行富有成效的討論，並建立更牢固的關係。」
