移民与关卡局侦破一起走私案，起获一万多条漏税香烟。

当局昨天（8日）在社交媒体Facebook贴文说，关卡人员上个月7日，在大士关卡扫描一辆马来西亚注册罗厘的货物后，发现有异样，于是仔细检查，结果从大批箱子中，搜出1万2852条和360包漏税烟。

案件已交由关税局跟进调查。

移民与关卡局表示，会继续保持警惕，防止任何人非法携带违禁品入境。

On 7 Nov 2022, ICA officers at Tuas Checkpoint foiled another large-scale attempt to smuggle 12,852 cartons and 360 packets of duty-unpaid cigarettes into Singapore via a Malaysia-registered lorry.
