黃循財在社交網站Facebook貼文說，政府制定的教育系統幫助本地學童發展和探索新的興趣，同時也投下大筆資金，為所有學童打造更加光明的未來。
黃循財也上載視頻表示，自己在成長過程中，並沒有考慮到自己未來想做什麼，但是從小接受的教育教導他要認真、負責任，事事都要竭盡所能，而這個心態促使他加入公共服務部門。他告誡本地學童，無論將來想做什麼，一定要有熱忱，而且要不斷學習和求取進步。
Happy first week of school! To all our children, learn as much as you can, and keep pursuing what gives you meaning and purpose. We have designed our education system to help you grow and explore new interests, and we are investing significantly to build an even brighter future for all of you.
